Disabled toilet alarm

on a 2 gang switch plate for flush or surface mounting. The unit has a 24 volt supply line input with clean contact and assurance 1 amp output. The front plate has a disabled logo with a 20mm LED, sounder, mute and reset switch. Start input is from a normally open switch which, when activated, starts the LED flashing, the sounder and changes the relays contact state. The sounder can be muted which will make the LED become steady. When the call switch is returned to normal the unit can be reset.
