Do you repair out of warranty PSUs?
Yes, we will repair out of warranty as long as it is repairable and costs no more than 50% of it's total value.
Are the MT1 and other timer boards dual voltage?
All our timer boards operate from 12-27v DC.
Is it possible to remotely see the fault relay status?
Yes, there are options to display the status of the fault relay remotely. Please see the PSU's accompanying paperwork for details.
Is it possible to pay by Credit Card?
Yes. We can process transactions with all major credit cards directly, or you can use Paypal if you prefer.
Are data sheets available?
Yes, they are available in a variety of formats, if not available as a pdf download on the site, then by email or fax. Please contact us for further details.
Can you rackmount any PSU?
Yes, we can provide any of our PSUs in a rack mounting case, even if not specified in the product description. Please contact us for specific requirements.
Will you do PCB design or prototyping?
We are fully equipped to deal with any PCB design or prototyping you may require, with a few small limitations. Please let us know your requirements.
What is your turnaround time?
This varies depending on the product you require. Stock items such as standard PSUs usually take 2-3 days, specialised equipment can take 7-21 days, particularly if it requires custom screen printing or metalwork.
Can we have custom artwork on the boxes?
Yes. There is, however, a minimum order quantity of 10 pieces, plus a setup charge may apply for the first order.
Can you supply PSUs with 110v primary winding?
We can provide any winding on the transformers to match your needs. Please contact us for further details.
Do you supply spares?
Yes we are able to supply a range of user replacable spares. If you don't see what you need in the products section then please contact us with your query, and we'll be happy to advise.
Can I use the 2nd output on the 5-10 amp PSUs?
Yes you can, but the total current drawn from both outputs must not exceed the max rating of the PSU.
How can I place an order?
Ordering is easy. Even if you dont see what you want on the site we can probably produce something to your requirements. Simply email, fax or telephone us with what you want, and we shall respond directly. Credit accounts are available upon application.
How can I find out how much current my PSU draws from the mains?
Mains current can be calculated based on the the rating of your power supply. For a full chart of calculations for the majority of our PSUs as well as a guide for calculating the current drawn yourself, download the pdf guide available at the top of the Technical page.
What Kind of warranty do you offer?
All of our products are manufactured with quality and longevity in mind. We are constantly striving to improve upon an already reliable product with a very low failure rate and, because of our confidence in our own products, all our power supplies come with a 2 Year Return to Base Warranty against equipment failure. As an added incentive we will extend this to 3 Years, when you sign up as a member to this site.
